On top of that, those inattentive staff at breakfast were just incredible, nearly made my morning unbearable. And beware their sneaky fees—$100 deposit that turns into a fee? ! I will never recommend this place.

Family with children comfort
One of the best experiences we ever had, you should've seen the reception! Yanin was super friendly, took care of our check-in like a pro! The kitchen in the room was a lifesaver, we could cook a meal and just chill, and the showerhead was literally the best I've ever used,, seriously.
Okay, it wasn't exactly a bargain, but considering the level of service and comfort, I can say it was acceptable.

My wife says that dinner options for kids could be improved.
